An increasing number of users are working remotely without easy access to their system voicemail box. In these situations, many users find it easier to log-in to their email inbox and listen to their voicemail's online. IP PBX send the voicemail itself as an attached audio file to your email inbox.

IP PBX Voicemail To Email has three options in terms of how it works:

• Forward Voicemail to email: The  user receives an email with the voicemail attachment. The original voicemail remains on the server
• Move Voicemail to email: An email is sent with the voicemail as attachment, and the original voicemail is deleted from the server
• Email alert: An alert alert is sent to the IP Pbx user, without any attachment. Attachment stays on the server.
